Restrict Site/Space Availability

Automate more of your district's Facility Use Request process with this new Group Classification feature.

ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software allows District Admins to easily limit the availability of sites (buildings) and spaces (facilities) to select Group Classifications.

For example, a district may want to restrict the use of select classrooms to internal district groups. This new feature lets Admins select which sites and spaces can be seen by which Group Classifications.

This feature is also especially helpful to Athletic Directors and their support staff to restrict the use of certain athletic spaces for internal district group use only.

The Availability setting is set by Admins using the Manage Group Classifications, Manage Sites and Manage Spaces commands.
