Assign different Classifications for internal district and external community Groups to automate the Facility Request process including fees, bypass approval process, days out to request, etc.

Group Classifications Features

Facility Usage Fees
Allows invoices to be generated based on the Group’s Classification and associated entered Facility Usage Fees. An internal school group could be set not to receive a Facility Usage Fee invoice while external community groups would be charged.

Bypass Approval Process
Determines which Groups can submit a Request without having to follow the space-specific approval process. This lets a district allow teachers and staff to book spaces without going through the approval process if the space is available.

Bypass the Min/Max Days Notice
Allows groups with an Internal Classification (e.g., Class 1) to bypass the minimum and maximum days advance notice required to submit a Request.

Bypass Blocked Dates
Allows select groups with an Internal Classification to bypass blocked dates and enter events (Requests not requiring approval) during the normally unavailable time frame.

Require Insurance
Allows groups with select Classifications to not post a valid Certificate of Insurance nor enter an Expiration Date field setting.

Allow Space Double Booking
Allow Groups with select Classifications to submit Requests when there are other pending requests for the same facility. This allows the district to select the group with the Request that will be approved and denying the other Groups. This functionality is instead of working on a first-come, first-served basis.
