Leverage existing data to and from the Facility Request process with Software Integrations.

Integrations
Our API automatically pushes and/or pulls data from other software programs including calendaring, athletic scheduling, dynamic user lists, and building automation applications.

Software Integration Features

Active Directory Integration using LDAP
Easily connect ML Schedules™ Software to your district's Active Directory server where district user names can then be imported to our software to create new user accounts. The software then uses the password stored in Active Directory to authenticate the user's login.

Athletic League Scheduling Software
Directly integrate data with select Athletic League Scheduling software programs to seamlessly synchronize the scheduling of athletic events between applications. Other athletic league applications can opt to use ML Schedules’ API or users can export data at a fixed time to be imported into ML Schedules™ Software.

Work Orders Software
Create Work Orders from ML Schedules™ Software with direct integration with our ML WorkOrders™ Facility Management Software that can pull specific event data at whatever frequency is required.

Building Automation Software
ML Schedules™ Software can notify Day Automation™ Building Automation Software of approved events so that HVAC, lighting and other utilities are enabled prior to the start of the event and disabled when the space is vacated. Direct integration between the two applications brings even greater savings to school districts by controlling energy costs. Visit www.dayautomation.com for additional information.

Google Calendar Integration
ML Schedules™ Software offers a two-way sync with Google Calendar™ so any events entered into ML Schedules will be automatically displayed in your Google Calendar, and any events entered in Google will appear within ML Schedules. This integration is done by linking every Space in ML Schedules to a discrete Google Calendar. It allows certain District Staff to input events directly within Google Calendar and bypass the ML Schedules approval settings if desired.

Microsoft Outlook Integration
ML Schedules™ Software offers a one-way sync with Microsoft Outlook™ so any events entered into ML Schedules will be automatically displayed in your MS Outlook Calendar. This integration is done by adding a new Calendar into MS Outlook via the iCal URL from a specific ML Schedules Space or Site.

Here’s what school districts around the USA are saying…

“MLSchedules™ Software has streamlined the building use request process for our district. Requests that used to take minutes to process now take seconds. That's a big deal when you think about the volume of requests that we receive in a school year. The software is as convenient for the people making requests as it is for the people processing them. Emails are generated any time a request is acted on. A requester can see their request in our building use calendar the instant it is approved. I have used both paper requests and electronic form requests in the past. I couldn't imagine ever going back now that I've seen what ML schedules can do."
