Athletic League Scheduling Software Integration for Districts

BigTeams Schedule Star™ Athletic League Scheduling Software
BigTeams Schedule Star

ML Schedules™ provides direct integration with BigTeams™ Schedule Star™ Athletic Scheduling Software for districts located outside of New York State. This integration prevents the need to doubleenter athletic events into ML Schedules™ Software.

Changes made in Schedule Star™ are passed to ML Schedules™ on a daily basis for Facility Requests involving athletic spaces. Any sporting events that are added, updated or removed in Schedule Star™ will be synchronized in ML Schedules™. This is critical during the spring season when games are postponed due to weather-related issues.

The changes made in Schedule Star™ will synchronize the calendar in ML Schedules™ Software so that everyone remains on the same page!

Visit www.bigteams.com for additional information.

Here’s what school district Athletic Directors are saying…

"The integration of ScheduleStar™ and MLSchedules™ software programs has made it so much easier for Twin Valley School District, as I can add games and practices that automatically sync with the facility calendar. Not only does this save time but it makes the scheduling process so much easier and transparent to everyone involved. I would recommend this program to any athletic director and facilities director."
— John G., Athletic Director, Twin Valley School District, PA

New Features

Enter Facility Requests down to the minute
(1/29/2018) ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software now allows users to enter requests in one-minute intervals.

While the software's Time filters still display in 15-minute increments, users can double-click on the field to enter the desired time in minutes. When making requests, the software will automatically match the Minutes field End Time with the value entered in the Start Time field.

For example, if as user enters 11:17am as the request Start Time, the software will pick up the "17" value and use it for the request's End Time (e.g., 11:47am).

Thanks to the many subscribing school districts that provided valuable input for this new feature.

Here’s what school districts around the USA are saying…

“MLSchedules™ Software has streamlined the building use request process for our district. Requests that used to take minutes to process now take seconds."
