You are probably aware of the concept of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) that provides different medical practitioners with access to centralized patient data to improve health care application and efficiency.

Professionals ranging from general practitioners and physician’s assistants to surgeons and specialists can all access and update a patient’s medical records that continue to evolve and increase in volume during the life of that person.
