• Campus/building owners and Facility Managers (FMs)
• Architects, Engineers and Consultants (AECs)
• Construction Managers (CM) and General Contractors (GC)
• Systems Contractors and Subcontractors (SC)
• Manufacturers of products, systems and equipment used in any part of a building

Because the ML system is delivered via a secure web-based server, professionals from all disciplines involved in all four building phases can easily collaborate with each other during the lifecycle of the facility.
