MasterLibrary System Overview

The MasterLibrary (ML) system is an economical construction project and facility documentation management application that provides:

• Project and Construction Management Tools that reduce process-related costs, increase efficiency and improve accountability during the design and build phases of facilities projects.
• Product Information Management and Submittal Development Tools that streamline the development and submission process for System Contractors using Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) MasterFormat categories for easy data retrieval across all phases.
• Electronic Facilities Records™ (EFR™) Tools that provide a comprehensive database of physical plant infrastructure that can be shared anytime with those who need it most (e.g., security, facilities maintenance). The EFR database can also become the foundation for a Facility Succession Plan.

MasterLibrary users can quickly and easily share data about systems, projects, buildings and campuses with the stakeholders who need it most to add value across the life of a building, from planning and design to construction and management.

The MasterLibrary system facilitates project collaboration among various disciplines by creating a shared interactive repository of information about almost every aspect of your plant infrastructure.
