State of K-12 School Admin, Operations and Facility Professionals |
We surveyed our customers in January 2021 to get a snapshot of the sentiment, challenges and trends facing school district admin, operation and facility professionals in their day to day work lives. It has been a very challenging year due to the pandemic and our survey found most folks had to take on extra work and were either personally exposed to the virus or worked with someone that was. Despite this, most believed their district's COVID-19 protocols worked and felt valued and recognized for their "all hands on deck" efforts. We hope you enjoy this report and our hats are off to all of the admin, support and facility staff in school districts this past year. We salute the resiliency, dedication and flexibility you have shown!
