Next-Gen Facility Manager is now a YouTube Channel

What does it take to become a Next-Gen Facility Manager? We wrote an eBook on it and even published an article in IFMA’s Facility Manager's Journal (FMJ) recently on the topic.
The next logical step is, of course, was YouTube! We are excited to announce our new YouTube channel for Next-Gen Facility Manager. The goal of the channel is to provide facility managers with real life tips and stories to help them manage their teams, facilities and technology. 

Our host is Dylan Mercier, the head of our Professional Services division at MasterLibrary. Dylan started his career working for a contractor in the mechanical and electrical fields, and has years of experience working with low voltage technology projects like access control, surveillance cameras, fire alarm systems, and other connected equipment. Dylan has been on both sides as a technician and a manager of maintenance and tech teams. With his background, Dylan knows first hand what it takes to be a Next Gen Facility Manager and each week he will provide a new video on a topic that hits home with the facility professionals.
