Q1 2022 User Group Recap
We held our Quarter 1 User Group webinar last week to highlight some of the new features we have released this past quarter. With a record turnout, we touched on some of the high impact new features for ML Schedules, ML Work Orders and ML Binders. Below is a highlight of the content we covered in the meeting. As always, a big "thank you" to our passionate users who provide us with many of the new feature ideas each quarter.
With that, let's take a closer look!
Deleting events completely from your calendars is finally an option! Users with admin permissions will have the ability to delete requests that have NOT been invoiced. There is also a log that will show permanently deleted events. Remember, once an event is deleted you cannot bring it back.
Drag and Drop on the Calendar
Our calendars are more interactive, offering the ability for any users that have the Edit Request permission to drag and drop events on a calendar to reschedule. This is especially helpful when you have your calendar filtered to the site that your event is at and allowing you to see empty time slots that you can move your event to.
Manage Group Updates
The Group Details page has a new tab called Email Log. This tab will show admins every email that has been sent to the group manager from the system. It's a nice way to see what emails they have been seeing in case you need to follow up on a specific invoice or event request.
Our Asset Dashboard has been split into two new dashboards under the Reports menu. Users now have access to a Facilities Asset Dashboard and a Technology Asset Dashboard. This gives the facilities and IT departments their own distinct asset dashboards.
The Receive Inventory page now shows the unit of the inventory item and auto-calculate a price per unit/total cost. You can also transfer inventory stock from one location to another.
EFR Standard Fields
Standard fields for asset types have been implemented. MasterLibrary has adopted EFRStandard.org asset type standards for asset data in ML Work Orders.
A new type of stamp has been added to ML Drawings for documenting issues. Issues can link to asset records in ML Work Orders.
The drawing upload process has been updated in a wizard format. Drawing PDF's can also be resized and cropped in this process.
Updated Filtering Options
New filtering options have been added to the annotation page. This will help users narrow down Assets, Spaces, and Issues.
