Last week, we held our quarterly user group webinar to highlight some of the new features that were released this quarter. Below is a recap of some of the content that was covered. Thank you, as always, to our passionate users who provide us with many of the new feature ideas each quarter. With that, let's take a closer look! Email Reply to Requests / External Notes Users can now respond to facility request emails and those emails will be added under the external notes section of the facility request. This keeps an easy-to-find log of the correspondence back and forth between the requestor and admin. Refunds on Invoices There is now a refund option on invoices. Easily log any refunds associated with a request, including reason and check #. Any refunds will show in the balance due as well as a separate area of the invoice. Report and filter on all refunds over a given time period. Editing Approved Requests Authorized users can make changes to an approved Facility Request, regardless of status. All changes to the event details are logged in the external notes section and an update email can be sent to the Group Manager of the event notifying them of the event revisions. Custom Public Forms User now have the ability to create custom forms for outside or community users to generate a work order. Customize your forms with your school branding, request types and required fields and post them on public facing domains, like your district website. Based on the request, you determine who gets notified when submitted. New Notifications New on-page notifications have been created to notify users when new work orders are assigned to them or new notes are added to a work order that's assigned to them. This helps users of the system stay more engaged and current with their work order assignments. Checking Assets In and Out Users can now decide if certain asset types can be checked in and out of ML Work Orders. Once that asset type has been enabled to be checked in and out, any asset that falls under that type will be enabled. Users can assign due dates to assets and will see a view of all assets that are currently checked out or those that have been historically checked out. You can also see the date they were checked in and out on and the user that checked them out. ![]() To learn more about our new features or to request free customer training on any of the features spotlighted here, we encourage you to visit our Support and Training page.
