We held our quarterly user group webinar last week to highlight some of the new features that were released this past quarter. Below is a recap of some of the content that was covered. As always, a big thanks to our passionate users who provide us with many of the new feature ideas each quarter. With that, let's take a closer look! ![]() Sending Estimates Users can now send estimates before sending an invoice to a group. This helps admins coordinate with groups ahead of scheduling events, especially if they need approval for costs before committing. Estimates can be emailed directly from ML Schedules. ![]() Blocked Dates by Classifications Blocked dates is an incredibly useful and easy to use function that prevents certain dates from being requested. This is handy for holidays, and it turns out it's pretty helpful during pandemics, as well. Now you can block dates by group classification. This is helpful if you only want certain dates available to specific classifications of groups. For other classifications, the dates would be blocked. ![]() Enter Events in the Past This new permission update allows users to submit requests for dates in the past. This has been a feature request from our user group for awhile and we are excited to have it released. By allowing post-dated requests, you can report and invoice on any events that were potentially missed being inputted into the system. ![]() Updates to the View Work Orders Page We have provided a lot more functionality right from the "View Work Orders" screen, without having to click into each work order. Users can update the status of a work order and save a note from the main screen. ![]() Asset Import Tool Loading in your assets and managing them digitally from ML Work Orders is a very smart investment in the long run. You can view work order and PM history on each asset, giving your team more information when they are working on an asset and you will be better prepared to make better repair/replace decisions. We now have an easy to use asset import tool that can upload your asset data from an Excel file. ![]() Adding Labor to Inventory Requests This feature is another request from our user group. You can now add labor data into your inventory requests so that you can better track and factor time and resources when managing your inventory. ![]() To learn more about our new features or to request free customer training on any of the features spotlighted here, we encourage you to visit our Support and Training page.
