We held our Quarter 3 User Group webinar last week to highlight some of the new features that were released this past quarter. As our product line expands, these user group meetings are even more important for you, the user, to stay current on the features that are being added. Below is a recap of some of the content that was covered. As always, a big thanks to our passionate users who provide us with many of the new feature ideas each quarter.
With that, let's take a closer look!
Improved Group Information View
View all of the user's group information right from the Manage Groups page. This tabbed view makes it easier to see all requests, invoices and payments tied to a group in single spot.
Self Import Events and Calendar Information
Users can now mass upload their own events, blocked dates and calendar information via our import wizard.
Admins can now auto-send out invoices based on a varying frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly. These flexible options can be applied to group categories and eliminate manual sends.
New Settings View on Calendar
Enable a Day, Week, Month, Year and Agenda view on the calendar.
Work Orders by Building or Space
Select the Building or Space on the Work Orders Detail page to filter results. Save your views for quick reference in the future.
Sync with Google and Outlook Calendars
Add a calendar iCal export option to sync with your district's Google or Outlook calendars. This makes for a one stop view of work orders in your work calendar.
Hold Filters Across Drawings
Keep your existing filters on asset types locked, so as you move from drawing to drawing you are only viewing the asset types locked in your filter.
Customize Default Asset Type Picklist by User
This is a new user setting inside of ML Drawings. It allows admins to set the default asset types available by user. This streamlines the user's ability to find and use the asset stamps that pertain to them.
Change Asset Type on Existing Stamp
You can now change the Asset Type on an existing stamp. This is helpful if an asset was incorrectly stamped with the wrong Asset Type. You do not need to delete and re-stamp but instead can just change it to the correct asset type.
Updates to the Section Pages
Our section pages have a new, cleaner look with easy to navigate action selections per section and folder sub-trees.
New Flyout Menus
There is a faster way to navigate on menus. We replaced the hard to understand icons with clean fly out menus.
Add Binder / Section / Files
Quickly add a new binder, section or file from anywhere with our global 'Add' button.
